Clinic Policies

BOOKING

No referral is required. Due to the demand for appointments, there is a $50 non-refundable administrative fee for all no-shows and failure to cancel or reschedule an Initial Consult appointment with less than 48hrs notice. No further appointments will be scheduled until fees are settled.

ARRIVING LATE

Please arrive on time for your appointments, for first appointment please arrive 15min early so that you can complete the necessary forms. We do understand that traffic and parking can be difficult, things happen. If you do arrive late, your appointment with your practitioner may be shortened or you may be asked to reschedule. Medical services rendered are not refundable.

TELEPHONE CALLS

Our phone lines are open Monday to Friday 4 -8 pm. Please leave only one message with your full name and telephone number and one of our staff will return your call as soon as possible

PARKING

Street parking is available directly outside the clinic and surrounding areas, all parking is free after 6 pm. There is also a multistorey underground parking beside the clinic and a parking lot with metered parking on the corner of 4th St and 11th Ave SW.

TREATMENT PLANS

Once a treatment plan is set, try not to alter from the program without talking with your practitioner. Experience has shown that patients who maintain their treatment plan get the fastest and best results.

EXTENDED HEALTH COVERAGE

Please contact your insurance carrier directly to determine if they will cover any of our preventative health services. Ask your insurance company about “wellness coverage”.

REFERRALS

Referrals to specialists can be arranged if they are medically necessary and are relevant to your care.

PRIMARY CARE SERVICES

We do not provide primary care services. Please see your family doctor for general health care concerns.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

We do not provide on-call or emergency services. If you are in need of emergency services after office hours, call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency department.
